WELCOME TO OUR CONSULTATION WEBSITE FOR THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF THE GARAGES SITE AT DOWNSWAY.
This website provides you with information on our early stage proposals to redevelop a garage site at Downsway, Southwick with much-needed, brand new affordable homes. There are over 700 people on the Council’s housing register and we are actively seeking opportunities for development.
Our architects have produced initial plans and would welcome your views on these via the Feedback and Contact page of this website. We are giving the community the opportunity to help shape our proposals, and are asking for your thoughts on our initial plans. You have until 1st September 2020 to provide us with your comments.
